Go to the skill page and click "Copy raw skill file" in the SKILL.md accordion. This copies the full skill content to your clipboard.
Option A — Use a Custom GPT (recommended)
Go to chatgpt.com → Explore GPTs → Create a GPT. In the Instructions field, paste the skill content. Give the GPT a name like "My SEO Specialist" and save it. Now every conversation with this GPT has the skill loaded.
Option B — Use a Project
In ChatGPT, create a new Project. Go to Project Settings → Custom Instructions and paste the skill content. Every conversation in that project will have the skill context loaded automatically.
Option C — Paste directly into the conversation
Start a new conversation. Paste the skill content as your first message, then add your actual request after it. The skill context applies to that conversation only — you'll need to re-paste for future sessions.
Custom GPTs and Projects are the most durable option — the skill persists across sessions without re-pasting. ChatGPT Plus or Team required for Custom GPTs.
